The North Coast County Water District’s water use restrictions, set by Ordinance No. 61 and adopted August 18, 2021, say customers are obligated to fix leaks, breaks or malfunctions. Once the district notifies you, the ordinance gives you no more than five days to correct the problem.
There is a second part. If the district cannot reach the account holder, it may temporarily shut off service.
